I have used the services of Claire Meade Ltd many times over the past 7 years or so, for both temporary and permanent staff. Claire has a very astute understanding as to what a family is looking for when they plan to employ a member of staff for their household. She applies this understanding to finding just the right person. She is very careful and thorough in her research, and nothing is ever a problem. In addition, Claire is not a regular 9 to 5 agency who you cannot get a hold of out of hours or in an emergency. She is totally devoted to her customers’ needs, queries and problems. She equally cares about, and looks after the staff member who is applying for the job. Over the last 3 years I have been using the services  of this friendly Yorkshire agency, they have provided me with some wonderful carers who have supported me with personal care, companionship, cooking and domestic help.I was  born with no limbs as a result of exposure to the drug thalidomide. They have helped me retain my independence in my own home. PLEASE DO GIVE THEM A CALL. The owner Claire operates her company with integrity, a sense of humour & a bit of free counselling thrown in! Many thanks to her entire staff who do an outstanding job. I have referred many people to her agency and they are all very pleased with the high quality service . I phoned CML on Monday in a panic as my housekeeper decided over the weekend she was leaving (can you believe it only one week’s notice, Well better than nothing!)  she had been offered a better job or should I say salary. Marian, my consultant was fantastic. I was sent three young Mary Poppins to interview! all with previous experience of running a large household, nanny experience and able to cook, each one had a friendly and cheerful personality, it makes a HUGE difference when they live with you! They were all excellent choices and specifically suited to my needs. It was obvious that Marian had truly listened to me and understood the needs of our home before searching for the right person.
