I have used the services of Claire Meade Ltd many times over the past 7 years or so, for both temporary and permanent staff. Claire has a very astute understanding as to what a family is looking for when they plan to employ a member of staff for their household. She applies this understanding to finding just the right person. She is very careful and thorough in her research, and nothing is ever a problem. In addition, Claire is not a regular 9 to 5 agency who you cannot get a hold of out of hours or in an emergency. She is totally devoted to her customers’ needs, queries and problems. She equally cares about, and looks after the staff member who is applying for the job. I phoned CML on Monday in a panic as my housekeeper decided over the weekend she was leaving us (can you believe it one week’s notice, Well better than nothing!) as she had been offered a better job or should I say salary! Know the story….. Marian, my consultant was fantastic. I was sent three candidates to interview, all friendly with previous experience of a large household with children. More important, they were cheerful and happy, it makes a HUGE difference when they live with you! They were all excellent choices and specifically suited to my needs.
