We are always looking for domestic candidates & care staff with outstanding references and experience.
We require all candidates to send a CV and picture (optional) to our agency with a covering letter detailing what line of work you have previous experience in. Alternatively, complete the form below, please indicate your preferred work area and we will send you the relevant registration form.
At CML we can only accept candidates with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role to the one that is being applied for. A full working history with checkable references is essential for a successful application.
Q: Do I have to come to London for an interview?
A: We do prefer to meet each candidate personally in our London office, however, we do have a number of partner agencies Nationwide that can interview upon our behalf. In some circumstances we will consider telephone interviews. We are also able to perform interviews by using Skype.
Q: What documentation is required for my interview?
A. MUST be Originals (not photocopies) – Written references – Phone numbers for referees that we could ring – Relevant certificates – National Insurance number – Passport – I.D Card- Driving licence (if you have one) – CRB check (if you have one) – Proof of address (if seeking a position in which you will need a CRB check)
